PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Newtown Borough Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Tuesday, March 19, 2019, in the Newtown Borough Hall, 23 North State Street, Newtown Pennsylvania to consider the following:

6:30 pm:         Application of Steeple View, LP – J. McLaughlin Retail Store, for property located at 200 South State Street in the Borough (TMP No. 28-1-10).  The Application requests a variance from §706.C.3 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow a wall sign on the side street frontage that exceeds 12 square feet.

A copy of the Application is available for inspection by the public at the Newtown Borough Hall, 23 North State Street, Newtown, Pennsylvania and the office of this publication during regular business hours.
