BOROUGH OF NEWTOWN
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH OF NEWTOWN AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY INTERESTS THROUGH EMINENT DOMAIN FOR HISTORICAL PRESERVATION AND PRESERVATION OF OPEN SPACE FOR USE BY BOROUGH RESIDENTS AND OTHERS
Notice is hereby given that, on Tuesday, November 27, 2018, the Newtown Borough Council will hold an Executive Session followed by a public special meeting to consider a resolution regarding eminent domain for property acquisition for historical preservation and preservation of open space for use by Borough residents and others. The Executive Session begins at 5:00 PM and the public special meeting begins at 6:00 PM. Both meetings will occur at the Chancellor Center, 30 North Chancellor Street, Newtown, PA 18940.
